1) Private Investigator Assistant
PIs like other professionals come in a variety of job specialties. Handling cases of fraud, surveillance specialists, tracing of missing persons, cyber experts, background check specialist, covert video and photographers, insurance and accident investigators, are some of the few of the talents seeked from ‘private investigators’. Over a period of time these talented investigators establish networks with other reliable sources worldwide and draw investigative expertise. There is always a need to include the WIN norms and values that would promote transparencies and accountability among investigators and security executives.

On the first day and throughout orientation and on the job training, our strategic partners embark on a learning journey that guides them through the process of becoming certified security officers and investigators.
2) Senior Private Investigator Assistant
The selected applicant who fills this position will receive training from an experienced senior private investigator manager. The investigator will conduct research related to locating missing persons, conducting background investigations, tracing of assets investigations and other research in the related fields.
In addition, the applicant will require to perform field investigation work, including tracing of last known addresses and establish contacts with the neighbours acting as a 'WIN Home Buying Detectives
It will also include taking statements. The individual applicant who fills this position should be interested in working for a small team atmosphere in an investigation firm.
3) Assistant Operations(Investigator)
Candidates must have:

- Experience in an office environment
- Experience in investigation research work
- Ability to quickly learn database software operations
- You must be self disciplined and self-motivated
- Have the ability to think smart and work independently
- Preferred a diploma or a degree holder with experience
This position requires advanced intellectual skills.
The number one requirement for this job is someone who is extremely intelligent with the ability to learn quickly.
4) Business Directors (Security / Investigation)
Must have experience in conducting high quality security, investigation and surveillances intelligence work. Experience in case direction, managing personnel and interfacing with clients, is an advantage. Requires flexible time commitments, including evenings and weekends. As we grow, the position could transit to that of an in-office or field directors.
This position requires a bright person with first class communication skills. Must have extensive field surveillance experience, well organised and who has a positive attitude towards his or her work. Must be an inquisitive, bright, innovative, motivated and a self-starter who is able to deal with clients, investigators and field agents. Must possess good computer and top quality writing skills.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to make the transition from a senior field investigator to management. Salary, additional incentives, and perks are negotiable and will commensurate with experience.
